Bookings should be for a period of at least seven days. Payment of minimum of 30% of the cost of booking will secure a reservation. The balance will be paid four weeks before the checking in date.
Guests are required to check in from 2pm and to check out no later than 12 noon on the day of departure. Driver's allowance of $12 daily rate pay for maximum of 12 hrs.

Driver's allowance of $15 plus food and board paid daily for trips involving overnight stay. Fuel is the responsibility of the renter.

Payment in US Dollars in advance on booking to rent a car

All clients should present at least two forms of identification including a valid passport before being admitted to the premises and to fill check in date of guest book on arrival.

 SMOKING POLICY:
We operate a NO SMOKING POLICY in all our rooms. Please do observe fire safety regulations rules. Smoking is permitted outside.

BREAKGES AND DAMAGES:
Any customer is liable to pay for any breakages or damages caused by them. We accept no liability for any damage or theft for vehicles parked on our premises. Vehicles parked on our premises are at the owners risk. Please inform our staff should you want to hold a party or a function so preparations are made.

Pets: No pets are allowed in the villa.
